The unique construction feature of this garment is its diagonal path zipper: the zip starts from the base of the heel, runs up along the leg and back, crosses the shoulder, and terminates at the front at clavicle height. This configuration has been engineered to prevent the slider or the zipper teeth from positioning along the spine, completely eliminating potential discomfort or pressure points for the Patient. The specific closure path also makes it impossible for the Patient to undress arbitrarily or to manipulate the diaper, while simultaneously easing the workload of the Caregiver, who can perform personal hygiene routines by turning the Person on their side without having to fully open the pyjamas.
The use of Art. 1041 is indicated to manage typical behaviors associated with pathologies such as Alzheimer's, strokes, or complex post-operative recovery, integrating perfectly with the directives of Healthcare Personnel in nursing homes or home care environments.
