The men's medical pyjamas Art. 1003-P are made of warm interlock cotton, a fabric ideal for the coldest months. This model stands out for the integration of stretch jersey socks sewn to the bottom of the legs: a technical solution designed to inhibit access to the diaper through the hem of the trousers, preventing the fabric from riding up the lower limbs.

The zipper on the back, which extends to the abdominal area passing under the coccyx, has the slider at the upper part of the back. This positioning makes independent removal of the clothing or arbitrary opening of the garment by the Patient impossible. It is an aid indicated for individuals suffering from ischemia, senile dementia, stroke, or Alzheimer's, always ensuring decorum thanks to subtle patterns and delicate solid colours.
